At some moments of time, we think about our life to find that whatever we know about us and our world is just what we get told about it; first by parents, then by teachers/ friends, then by family and media. Our mind asks that is life really the same or something out of glasses? Is it really working autonomously or someone ‘GOD’ taking off the strings on the SHOW? Do everything happening around us happens for a reason to affect us (JUST ME) only?
Later we smile over our these thoughts, laugh it off and move on without giving a thought that what if its really true?
Some movies come to touch your bare deep down thoughts and last as an effect of hypnotism; The Trueman Show is really like such a movie. Its really a rare cinematic experience close to utmost perfection that even discussing about it in words is like spoiling it. Pure, original, delicate and very inventive movie of sci fi genre.
